Beatrice\u2019s career began in 1997 at the EU Institutions, where she developed a strong foundation in policy and international relations. She then spent a decade at UNICEF, contributing in various leadership roles focused on program management, emergency preparedness, and donor relations. Since 2011, she has been an independent consultant, collaborating with leading organizations in program management, lead evaluation, and knowledge advisory, with a focus on humanitarian action, disaster risk reduction, and development.<\/p><\/div>
